We started in 2006 as The HR Manager, a Human Resources consulting firm providing a wide range of HR services, including recruiting, for small-to-medium sized businesses.
In 2010, one of our clients challenged us with helping them fill over 60 positions in a matter of weeks. Because they were a startup, we were faced with finding a solution that would help build a positive employer brand and allow us to communicate with our client through different time zones. The solution had to fit within our client’s very modest budget, had to be intuitive for users with varying levels of computer skill, and had to be easily customizable.
We considered many solutions, but we were not able to find one that worked for our clients and that accommodated their processes. So, we built our own.
