I Tried to add biller- hdfc bank - so many times but always shows “can’t process, please try next time” Kindly fix this issue but when I added through Yono Sbi, it reflected in this app as well. But why it could not be possible to pay credit card bill of hdfc bank even after the process completed and an OTP received. On submitting the OTP there is always a message "Your request can not be processed, please try after some time. It is very much annoying,Please fix it. I am trying for last more than three years but never could be successful.

1. FD / RD Close Option: I have been using the SBI YONO Lite app for quite some time and find it quite user-friendly for most of my banking needs. However, I recently discovered that the app lacks a crucial feature available in the main SBI YONO app – the ability to close Fixed Deposits (FD) and Recurring Deposits (RD). I kindly request the developers to consider adding the option to close FDs and RDs in the SBI YONO Lite app. This feature is essential for users who prefer the lighter version of the app but still need to manage their deposits efficiently. Implementing this feature would greatly enhance the app's functionality and convenience for many customers. Thank you for considering this request. 2. Multi-Account Support: One drawback is that the app only supports managing a single account linked to one CIF number. This limitation can be quite frustrating for users like me who need to manage multiple accounts, including those of family members. Introducing a feature that allows the addition and management of multiple accounts with different CIF numbers within the YONO Lite app would be a fantastic improvement. It would enhance the app's usability and provide greater convenience for users. While the YONO Lite app is already great, incorporating this feature would significantly boost its functionality and user satisfaction.

I have had the Yono lite version and I have almost never had any problem either signing in or transacting any amount through this app ever! The best mobile banking app in my wallet that lets me keep a tab on my transactions and other banking functions right at the tip of my fingers. Only ever so slightly I must have faced an issue with delayed OTP that too if it was under maintenance otherwise SBI has the best mobile banking and internet banking apps amongst all other public sector banks!
Also one can request chequebooks, get debit cards hotlisted or apply for a new one or even open an online fixed deposit that is easy to keep a focus on if If I am on the move. Definitely recommended!
